The overall appearance of the Jaccuzzi seemed classier and better built. The large foot well in the Jacuzzi was a big plus for us. The seating is exceptionally comfortable. Dave at the Spa Shoppe also did a very good job presenting the product. While the service was an unknown factor, we felt that the Jacuzzi name was a huge benefit and that they would stand behind a name that has been in the business for a very long time.
