We looked at numerous other brands and choose a Jacuzzi due to the brands reputation, build quality and the longevity of the brand. We didn’t want to be concerned whether the manufacturer would still be in business in a few years making it difficult to service. Also, our local dealer made a big difference. Jay was a pleasure to work with and spent as much time with us, answering questions and providing advice, as needed. We always felt that he had our best interests in mind. more

Why did you choose to purchase a Jacuzzi brand hot tub versus another brand? We looked at several different brands and knew as soon as we sat in the Jacuzzi that this was the one for us. The overall appearance of the Jaccuzzi seemed classier and better built. The large foot well in the Jacuzzi was a big plus for us. The seating is exceptionally comfortable. Dave at the Spa Shoppe also did a very good job presenting the product. While the service was an unknown factor, we felt that the Jacuzzi name was a huge benefit and that they would stand behind a name that has been in the business for a very long time. As it turns out our service has been exceptional and we could not be happier. more

Value, features, name brand, comprehensive warranty, but most importantly the dealer was much more knowledgeable and supportive than any others in our area. I could tell by the level of customer service that I initially received that this would be a good long term decision. When purchasing a spa you really need to find a dealer that is not only going to assist you in making the best purchasing decision, but you need to find a dealer that will be there for the follow up service for years to come. more
